This is professional development at its most personal and relevant. It is a high impact intervention for executive leaders working to drive change in mission-driven environments.
Leadership can be hard and challenges surface daily. Your executive coach will support you to process and own these challenges so that you can lead proactively and turn vision into action and impact

What you can expect?
You can expect a sector-specific, qualified executive coach who will design bespoke coaching sessions to meet your leadership goals.
You can expect them to quickly understand your context and be someone you can talk openly to about sensitive and difficult issues.
You can expect structured thinking techniques to help you grapple with challenge and identify concrete strategies and ways forward.
What is the format?
A typical coaching programme will last several months, and will involve a series of 75 minute coaching sessions.
Most leaders book in blocks of 6-8 sessions but this is flexible depending on your need and purpose.
Your sessions can be online or in person and are booked at a time that suits you. You can enrol at any time.
What will we focus on in the sessions?
Every leadership journey is different, so each coaching conversation is shaped by your individual context and priorities.
Sessions often focus on core leadership capabilities you want to explore or strengthen.
This might include leadership presence, communication and authenticity, leading change through uncertainty, or motivating and empowering teams to shape organisational culture.

Amy McJennett
Amy is an executive level professional with 20 years’ experience in the education sector. She has held director positions in two of the largest and most successful multi-academy trusts as well as executive positions in the for-profit space.
She is an EMCC qualified executive coach and specialises in working with executives in mission-driven organisations to build the teams and capabilities they need to drive change and deliver impact.
Amy’s approach
Amy is a huge believer in the power of coaching. It is the most efficient and personalised intervention for leadership performance development.
As leaders, we are often immersed deep within the challenge. Amy’s style as a coach is to lift you out of the challenge and use structured thinking techniques to help you visualise it from a new vantage point so that you can problem solve methodically and objectively.
She also likes to draw on the principles of positive psychology and strengths’ based coaching to empower her coachees to leverage their unique talents and lead change with optimism and resilience.
